Welcome to yet more followers of our Gargrave gardens trail! We’ve reached two continents now, with some page views from the USA. I wonder if we will manage to extend our reach to Antarctica by the end of the summer…?
A couple of photos here from a little gem of a garden at Goffa Mill, beside one of our village greens, showing some imaginative ways of gardening in a small place. Combat slugs by planting a Hosta in a chimney pot – defended using copper tape. Go vertical by planting up a wooden pallet.
Spare pallets are available if any local gardeners would like to try this for themselves – leave us a comment below and we will get in touch.
